The OLICA Scholarship Program is available every year. Children and grandchildren of current OLICA members are eligible to receive one of 1-7 scholarships worth $300 minimum to $1,000 maximum. Each applicant must be sponsored by an OLICA member in good standing. Students must be either a high school senior scheduled to graduate in the current year or a student planning to enter, or is currently enrolled in any accredited two or four-year secondary learning institution during the upcoming academic year. Scholarships can be used for tuition, books or fees at any accredited two or four-year secondary learning institution during the specific academic year.
