OUR OFFICERS

OLICA is proud to introduce our 2010 Officers and Board of Directors. These are members who along with running their day-to-day operations, give of their time and expertise to oversee the organization. Some of them are officers on the National level too. We appreciate all they do and encourage all members to consider helping out in this capacity in the future.

President: Rick Stacy

Rick Stacy, from Arlington, is our current President. He is in the right picture, the first person on the left in the first row. Rick adds to our organization and promises to lead OLICA forward as president this year. He operates Stacy Drainage LLC.

Vice President: Roger Greenawalt

Roger promises to add new ideas to the organization, serving as vice-president. He operates Sweet Meadow Farm Drainage, near Beloit, in Mahoning county.

Secretary: Steve Krugh

Steve Krugh lives in Findlay, in Hancock County, and currently serves as secretary for OLICA. He served OLICA as a board member last year while operating his own business, Steve Krugh Excavating, Inc.

Fiscal Agent: Steve Gerten

Steve Gerten has also worn many hats within the state and National LICA. He has been president and vice-president and currently Vice President of National along with being the state Fiscal Agent. He is on the right in the left picture. Steve operates Inbody Drainage Company, Inc. in Leipsic, in Putman County.

Our Board of Directors include five members and one associate from all over the state who help conduct the business of OLICA. They are:

Louis McFarland

of C.K. McFarland & Sons, Inc., located near Circleville, in Pickaway county is Chairman of the Board.

Sam Pullins

of Paul Pullins Enterprises, located near Quincy, in Champaign County.

Jim Jett

of Bower Tiling Service, Inc., located in Clyde, in Sandusky County.

John Jewett

of John Jewett Excavating Company, located near Hartford, in Trumbull County.

Norman Rife

of NL Rife Farm Drainage, located in Clyde, in Sandusky county.

Bill Cassidy

with Advanced Drainage Systems (ADS) located in Findlay, in Hancock County, is our Associate Board Member.

Executive Director: Mark Wilson

Mark Wilson, from Marion, serves as our current Executive Director. His role is to serve the Officers and Board of Directors as they conduct the business of OLICA.
